Not only does it often lead to missed school and work, but hours of time combing and treating the entire family and cleaning the house from top to bottom.As a parent, it can feel embarrassing and frustrating when treatment options are limited to neuro-toxin and pesticide-based solutions that often do not work, causing head lice problems to persist for weeks and sometimes months.
